Community Amenities
We believe it is important to have something for everyone here at Mallard Pointe. From our main feature Smith Lake to the fitness center, we think everyone will find something they enjoy. Because we are still in construction mode, some of our amenities are currently under construction or coming soon. We are working very hard to have all amenities ready by fall 2021.
One of our favorite spots of the project is the lakeside infinity pool. This area has a beautiful lakeside pool with underwater barstools over looking the lake. The spaces also offers sun loungers, a fire pit and grill area.
